Maintenance is handled quickly and efficiently by CE Maintenance, our in-house maintenance team. CE Maintenance carries out general repairs, minor maintenance, decorating, basic plumbing tasks, joinery, fixtures and fittings, and other day-to-day property repairs. This helps us respond faster, reduce delays, and keep landlords and tenants updated throughout the process.
Tenants can also report repairs 24 hours a day through Fixflo, allowing issues to be diagnosed and resolved more efficiently. Where specialist work is required, such as gas safety, boiler repairs, electrical certificates, EICRs, rewiring, roofing, or structural works, we use trusted local qualified contractors.
Through our partnership with PayProp, rent is transferred to you promptly once received. You will also receive clear monthly statements and have access to the Owners App, where you can track payments and download financial reports at any time.

CE Maintenance
Our in-house maintenance team, CE Maintenance, supports landlords with everyday repairs and general property maintenance, including small plumbing jobs, fixtures and fittings, joinery, decorating, resealing, minor repairs, and general upkeep.
For safety and compliance reasons, CE Maintenance does not carry out gas safety checks, boiler servicing or repairs, electrical certificates, EICRs, rewiring, fuse board work, or other specialist works. These are arranged through qualified and trusted contractors where required.
